Your Program
You will see from the schedule of services enclosed that we will cover most everything imaginable to keep you living in or working in a clean and sanitized property year-round. Your property may have some special needs that are unique to you. We can certainly accommodate for that. In addition your life might have some highlights and events that warrant some extra attention. Within this plan we are also happy to come out twice a year for ON-DEMAND cleanings to make absolutely sure your property is ready to shine. We know every property is unique as well as the properties stewards lifestyle is unique. We will ensure that you and your property are the envy of all those who visit.
Description
Each and every month our team will come by and perform three levels of service to your property.
Level 1 Service will be items that are completed each and every time we visit.
Level 2 Service will be semi-annual and regional specific services that will be completed per the soft washing schedule.
Level 3 Service will be seasonal specific services that coordinate with needs your property will need based on the time of the year. Most every visit we will address all three levels of service on your property Level 1, 2 and 3. (see inside panel for schedule of services)
Cost
This program is available for customers who have chosen the PLATINUM PACKAGE special on our quote and are having their entire property soft washed. Having the entire property cleaned brings the property up to standard and we call this the SCRATCH CLEAN. Once a SCRATCH CLEAN has been completed then the property is ready to go onto the SoftWash Subscription™ plan. The cost is minimal. Most plans start at one-tenth the price of the PLATINUM cleaning your property just underwent. This value structure allows you the property owner to enjoy a clean sanitized property year-round for a small monthly subscription fee.

To get started simply sign the subscription agreement and complete the credit card information for your SoftWash Subscription™ program. Please choose a monthly billing date and we are off to your sanitized, healthy lifestyle in your continuously clean home or business.
Our scheduling team will be with you shortly to build you into our schedule / route and assign you your service date. Thank you so very much for your business.
