This Rinse DC Plus uses a DC-powered, diaphragm booster pump that accelerates water up to 6 gallons per minute and up to 100 PSI. This can be mounted on either our 50 or 100-Gallon tank and can be plumbed into a hose reel equipped with 5/8” clear braided hose allowing larger water volume to pass through to your wand. This module allows you to quickly and easily rinse down the property you are cleaning efficiently, while still maintaining a fossil fuel-free environment.
Our Network is a vital part of our product development and they have requested a DC option for the multi-stage pump on the Rinse Module. This innovation would remove the difficulty of plugging into the customer’s home or using a generator to power the unit. We’d like to introduce to the Network the NEW Rinse DC Plus™ Module. This module is an entirely DC (Direct Current) powered Rinse Module that can run off of the 12 Volt marine-grade batteries already on each SoftWash Systems Skid. The new pump is a 12 Volt DC, 3/4 HP motor, diaphragm pump combo that accelerates water up to 7 Gallons per minute at up to 100 PSI. The Rinse DC Plus™ also has an entirely new design for the aluminum cabinet with a built-in DC Volt meter, hand shower that includes a cam lock and on/off valve, a metering valve for Plant Wash, as well as a Plant Wash indicator hose.

THE GRADUATED TANK STRAP
Another SoftWash Systems innovation is the Aluminum Graduated Tank Strap. This proprietary technology allows us to secure our 50 and 100-gallon tanks to any of our LSU’s, and securely mount equipment atop of the tanks, saving valuable space, and building upwards rather than outwards. Again, these modules can be mounted either curbside right (US) or curbside left (EU). Up to four (4) tank modules can be mounted on any one system in various configurations allowing for optimal use. Modules can be added to your SoftWash Systems Cradle Skid that allows for more efficient and space-saving use of basic operations alongside soft washing, all neatly and safely within a single truck cargo bed.

The Foundational Design
Each SoftWash Systems skid, although completely customizable, has the same base foundation: our proprietary cradle skid. Each full skid that leaves our building features a Lower Skid Unit. Simply put, this means that the cradle skid is able to be mounted easily into a pick-up truck, trailer, van or box truck. In addition to a spray-in bed liner this design is made to keep water, overspray, and chemicals from collecting in the truck bed and seeping into valuable vehicle systems and parts underneath. Easy clean up at the end of day – simply neutralize, rinse, and you’re done!
