TERRITORY MANAGER
COURSE

SoftWash Systems Territory Manager training consists of ten individual classes to cover every aspect of training your newest hire!

The Prerequisites for this course are the Assistant Technician and the Lead Technician Learning Paths. Your Territory Manager needs to be fully trained on all aspects of being a Technician in order to sell your services to clients, and these two learning paths will accomplish that.

From providing a thorough job description to covering classes such as “Selling Soft Washing” to “Positional Marketing”, this course covers it all. Rest easy knowing that your Territory Manager is professionally trained, prepared, and confident in their new role.

After completing these ten classes, your Territory Manager will be required to pass a final test with 80% or higher, ensuring you of their knowledge and understanding. Once you have a well-trained Territory Manager, the next step is training them as an Assistant Manager for your branch.

This is the one-on-one digital meeting between AC and any SWS in-network company employee to discuss the responsibilities of their job description. This is the job description for a Territory Manager.

Selling SoftWash

Part of our Sales Boot Camp class, this course will give you an introduction into the different methods os selling your soft washing services to your clients.

SOFTSERV SUPPORT – CREATING PACKAGES

On your invoices, you may have choices for different packages – A, B, or C. What does that mean, how do you create the different packages, and why is that a good business practice? AC Lockyer, in this recorded Zoom conversation, explains all that and more.
