SoftWash Systems Assistant Technician training consists of ten individual classes to cover every aspect of training your newest hire!
YOUR ASSISTANT TECHNICIAN WILL MOST LIKELY BE YOUR FIRST HIRE, SO MAKE SURE THEIR FOUNDATIONAL TRAINING IS SOLID!
From providing a thorough job description to covering classes such as “Science and Technology of Soft Washing”, “Introduction to SoftWash Chemicals”, and “Personal Protective Equipment”, you can be assured that your Assistant Technician has the correct training.
Your assistant technicians will learn quickly how to be responsible for their own duties, and what is expected of their position. Two of the most important classes are covered in this course – “Plant Protection” and “Property Protection” to ensure your Assistant Tech knows the importance of taking care of your client’s possessions and land.
After completing these ten classes, your Assistant Technician will be required to pass a final test with 80% or higher, ensuring you of their knowledge and understanding. Once you have a well-trained Assistant Tech, the next step is training them as a Lead Technician.

This is the one-on-one digital meeting between AC and any SWS affiliate company employee to discuss the responsibilities of their job description. This is the job description for an Assistant Technician.
CHEMICAL MIXOLOGY
PROPERTY PROTECTION
This class is the sister class to Plant Protection. Property damage can eat into your profits but is preventable. This class will cover how to protect your client’s property and prevent any damages that could occur.
AC LOCKYER’S POPCORN MARKETING
Popcorn Marketing is a class from Marketing Strategies in the Sales Boot Camp course. In it, AC details the steps and procedures for implementing his marketing program which starts at the Assistant Tech level.
THE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY OF SOFT WASHING
INTRO TO THE BLEND 6X
In this course, AC gives an up-close tour of our Blend Technology, including how and why it works! He also covers the reasoning behind each and every improvement made to the 6X Module.
PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT
This class covers the PPE material and items that allow yourself and your team members to conduct their job in a safe manner.
INTRODUCTION TO SOFTWASH SYSTEMS CHEMICALS
PLANT PROTECTION
This class covers the possible hazards and potential damage that can occur on the job site directly impacting plant and vegetation health. You will learn how to avoid these pitfalls by following the methods in this class.
LADDER SAFETY
One very important tool you will have in your soft washing business is knowing how to use a ladder safely. Ladders: the different kinds of ladders, how to safely transport, load and unload, as well as the importance of using ladders properly on a job site.
