The SoftWash Systems Administrator Learning Path consists of ten individual classes to help cover every aspect of training, and is the fifth and final in a series of five Certification Learning Paths which MUST be taken in the appropriate order.
YOUR ADMINISTRATOR WILL BE ONE OF YOUR MOST IMPORTANT HIRES, SO MAKE SURE THEIR FOUNDATIONAL TRAINING IS SOLID!
The Assistant Tech, Lead Tech, Territory Manager, and Assistant Manager Learning Paths are pre-requisites to this one. It is required that your Administrator already has taken those Learning Paths and passed them – they need to really know your business!
From providing the job description to covering classes on human resources, various manuals, and accounting practices, this course is the complete package.
After completing these ten classes, your Administrator will be required to pass a final test with 80% or higher, ensuring you of their knowledge and understanding.
